EVERYONE says the gay sharks line is their favorite. I prefer the less popular Brittany lines, like that one about protection or when she asks Mr. Shue if Jesse is his son. Things that let you know Brittany is thinking, just not in the way that everyone expects.

Pretty much anything Santana says in Born This Way was fantastic. I almost just posted everything she said in that episode.
